ATTENTION: ZkCloud’s Prover and Validator Node Rewards
Mainnet is on its way! Rent nodes and earn today!
We’re convinced that ZkCloud will define the next decade in computing by unlocking large-scale, cost-efficient proving, providing rates 95% cheaper than hyperscalers like Amazon Web Services. Our upcoming mainnet in Q1 2025 is strongly positioned to become the underlying compute layer-1 for all ZK when it goes live.
Until then, Firestarter is the first production-ready universal ZK proving network, a high-performance compute network optimized for zero-knowledge proof generation and verification for scaling, privacy and any other ZK use cases. Firestarter is our second network after the Devnet launched in March 2024, which received feedback from 300+ projects and developers such as ZKsync, Aztec, Nexus, Scroll, & Polygon.
Our roadmap is on track:
Gevulot Firestarter - Launched in Q4 of 2024, Firestarter is a full production-ready Cosmos SDK-based chain streamlining prover and verifier deployment as developers don’t need to learn any new development patterns or tools supporting thousands of prover nodes with minimal overhead.
Not-A-Node-Sale - From January 2025 until April 2025, the Not-A-Node-Sale campaign offers early adopters the chance to rent GPUs running fractions or full nodes in Firestarter for only $160/month, enabling smaller investors to earn token rewards often only reserved for highly technical and capitalized developers or organizations.
ZkCloud Deluge - Launching in February 2025, Deluge is our permissionless testnet for onboarding anyone with hardware they would like to contribute to the network. Selected validators that participate in the testnet will be eligible to receive foundation token delegations in mainnet. We will be publishing a blog postblogpost with details on this soon.
ZkCloud Mainnet - We are aiming to launch the mainnet chain in March 2025. The chain will not include proving functionality from the outset to ensure stability and this functionality will be deployed via chain upgrades once the launch has been completed. Clients from Firestarter will migrate into mainnet after this phase.
How to get involved?
Not-A-Node-Sale aka Node Rentals
Early adopters can participate in the proving network by running nodes or renting fully-managed compute nodes to earn token rewards through the Not-A-Node-Sale.
The Not-A-Node-Sale campaign is an innovative solution for early adopters to contribute compute resources to Firestarter's proving node network without physically running the hardware themselves by renting out nodes or fractions of nodes for as low as $160 per month, earning them token rewards often only reserved for technical and capitalized developers or organizations.
Gevulot Labs works similarly to Cloud Hosting Services such as Hetzner or OVH Cloud, and displacing larger hyperscalers such as AWS or Azure. Prover nodes can be rented as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) without needing to worry about uptime, management of the node, or SLAs. Rentals are invoiced as standard payments, and rewards are released as per the vesting and rental duration.

Run your Own Node
We encourage Firestarter participants to run their own hardware or independently sourced servers equally to renting them from ZkCloud. The Nodes are eligible for mainnet token rewards for the lifetime of the Firestarter network.
As Firestarter is a highly specialized proving network, the hardware required to run these nodes is also very specific.
We invite you to visit our website run-node for more information on how to run your node!
