Gelato supercharges its zkRaaS with free proving from Gevulot's ZkCloud
Rise to the top today with Gevulot's ZkCloud proof generation.
If you are thinking about building on Gevulot, register a key to get access to Devnet for free proof generation and verification. Not a developer, but still want to become a Skywalker? Join our Galxe campaign.
We are excited to partner with Gelato to provide low-cost, streamlined zk rollup deployments. Gelato is an all-in-one Ethereum Rollup as a Service Platform built without limits. Designed to be super-fast, incredibly secure, and infinitely scalable, Gelato rollups allow anyone to build and deploy their fully serviced Layer 2 chains at a pace natively integrated with Web3's favorite tools and services and is now adding Gevulot as one of its out-of-the-box infrastructure partners. With Gevulot now positioned to support Gelato’s massive inbound client pipeline, users opting for zk deployments can expect significant cost reductions by outsourcing their proving and verifying to Gevulot’s decentralized provers.
Gevulot is the first decentralized proving layer for the modular stack. With current live products such as Devnet, and the upcoming production-ready Firestarter, the company is offering free proof generation and verification as a public good to the ZK community. Gevulot supports any proof system, which allows it to aggregate proving workloads from across the industry and significantly lower the costs of both proving and verification. To achieve this we are continuously expanding our network of trusted integration partners such as Gelato and their zkRaaS platform to expand both of our pipelines.
For instance, Astar zkEVM is the first project being powered by Gelato's zkRollup as a Service Platform built on top of Polygon’s zkEVM framework. Supercharged with Gelato’s native Account Abstraction and middleware services, Astar zkEVM is set to empower enterprises to embrace web3 on a scale, providing developers with proven tooling and their users with familiar web2-like user experience.
By providing Gevulot’s ZkCloud to clients like Astar, Gelato’s zkRaaS platform enables:
L1 level security
High TPS & low fees
Free proof generation and verification
Familiar Developer Experience via EVM compatibility
Native Account Abstraction for Web2-like UX
Built-in smart contract automation & access to off-chain data
Hilmar Orth, Gelato’s co-founder, believes that while there are still a lot of service providers to choose from, ultimately it will boil down to just a handful. With Gevulot’s Devnet now live as of March 25th, Gelato rollups will receive free proof generation and verification during this time. At mainnet, clients will be able to expect upwards of 50% cheaper proving than current centralized alternatives. By accessing Gelato’s Web3 Cloud Platform developers can create automated, gasless, and off-chain-aware zk rollups with decentralized, cost-efficient proving.
“We want to make sure that our customers get the best, and we help them select the best out there.” - Hilmar Orth, Co-Founder of Gelato
